Preparation time: less than 30 minutes


Bring water to a boil with a teaspoon of oil and a pinch of salt, when the water boils add the pasta.

Let the pasta cook for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, grate the cabbage and heat it, add salt and pepper to taste.

Place the drained pasta on a plate and over them the sauerkraut.

Pasta with meat and sauerkraut!

This recipe is an excellent way to turn ordinary homemade food into something original and very tasty. At first glance, pasta with meat and sauerkraut may seem strange, unusual, but we assure you that they are incredibly tasty and filling!


-300-400 g of fillet muscles (chicken, pork, etc. we used beef)

-300-400 g of pasta

-green - to taste (we used green onions and dill).


1.Wash and dry the meat. Cut it into cubes.

2.Cut the onion into cubes.

3. Heat a little oil in a pan. Add the meat and, stirring frequently, fry it for 5-8 minutes, until all the juice released by it has evaporated.

4. As only the liquid in the pan will evaporate, add the chopped onion. Stir and fry everything until the onion turns golden.

5.Then pour about 150 ml of water over the ingredients in the pan. Add the bay leaves and salt to taste. Simmer the composition under the lid until the meat is ready and the liquid has evaporated (takes about 20-30 minutes).

6. In the meantime prepare the sauerkraut: cut the cabbage faithfully and put the carrot through the large grater.

7. Heat a small amount of oil in a large skillet. Add the chopped cabbage and sauté until it decreases in volume. Then add the carrot and stir.

8. Season the cabbage with salt and cook until ready (lasts 10-15 minutes).

9. At the end of cooking, add the chopped greens. Stir and remove the composition from the heat.

10.Boil the pasta in salted water until ready, following the instructions on the package. Then transfer them to the strainer and wait for the water to drain from them.

Everything is extremely simple and in half an hour we sit at the table if we use fresh cabbage. Pickled cabbage boils a little harder, it will take about 1 hour.

The first time, cut the cabbage as finely as possible. The sauerkraut is washed and drained well, then left in cold water for about 30 minutes, to desalinate and leave a little sour.

Add as much salt to the cabbage as you can with 4 fingers and knead very well. Set aside to soften.

Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil, leave for about 4-5 minutes, stirring often, only until it becomes slightly translucent. Then add a little water and let it simmer until soft. It takes about 10 minutes. Now add the well drained cabbage, mix, add pepper and add a little more water. Let everything simmer under the lid. From time to time a little more water is added to stifle. You can do everything and fried, without water, it will be very tasty, but harder for the liver. You will need to use more oil, about 60-70 ml. It will take about 20 minutes for it to soften.


Use freshly ground pepper. It will give a special scent. Depending on the taste, you can also add paprika or hot peppers or a few slices of red hot pepper.

Immediately after adding the cabbage, bring the water to a boil for the pasta. They are boiled in salted water, according to the instructions on the package. Mix the cooked and drained pasta with the cabbage, leave it covered for 10 minutes with a lid, to harmonize well, then bring it to the table & # 128578

If you are not fasting, you can add a few slices of browned smoke, at first, with onions.

1 bag of broad noodles / tagliatelle (or other quality pasta)
1 stuffed sweet cabbage
150 gr oil
1 teaspoon sugar

We cut the cabbage thinly on a grater, we rub it with salt, we leave it for about 5 ', after which we squeeze it and put it to harden in oil. Stir from time to time so that it does not stick to the pan and add the sugar. Let it cook, over low heat, for about 20 minutes, more precisely until the cabbage takes on the appearance of caramel.

Meanwhile, boil the noodles separately in a pot, in boiled water for about 10 '(or see the instructions on the package) and drain them in a strainer.

After the cabbage is well cooked, add the noodles and mix.
Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve.

Chicken with Chinese cabbage in the wok

For a quick dinner, all we have to do is look through the box in the fridge and use what is left of the supply made for a week.

And to have an extra reason to use the & # 8221 dusty & # 8221 wok from the cupboard, we will make a recipe with chicken and Chinese cabbage (because we don't want to spend much time in the kitchen, and using the wok the ingredients must be cooked over high heat) light, simple and tasty with a garnish of your choice.

Add a teaspoon of salt over the cabbage and lightly mix / rub the cabbage with your hands. Set aside for 5 minutes to soften.

In a saucepan, heat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Add a finely chopped onion and a pinch of salt. Stir, put the lid on and simmer for 2-3 minutes over medium heat.

Stir and turn off the heat. Allow to cool.

Divide the cabbage composition into 6 equal parts. Set it aside.
In a large bowl put 360 ml of lukewarm water, 10 g of sugar and crush 20 g of yeast with your fingers. Mix with a whisk until the ingredients dissolve. Allow the yeast to activate for 10 minutes.

Add 600 g of flour, 10 g of salt and 40 ml of oil. Start mixing the ingredients by hand.

Then knead for 7-8 minutes on a table powdered with a little flour, until you get an elastic, smooth and soft dough.

Put the dough in a large enough bowl, grease the dough and the bowl with 10 ml of vegetable oil. Cover the dough with cling film.

Leave to rise for 30-40 minutes in a warm place, away from cold currents.

Transfer the dough to a work table greased with a little oil. Divide the dough into 6 equal parts.

From each piece of dough, form with your hands a round sheet with a diagonal of 22-24 cm.

Sprinkle cumin powder in the center of the sheets, to taste, then put some of the composition of hardened and cooled cabbage, leaving the edges uncovered.

Grind fresh pepper over the cabbage.

Bring the edges of the dough sheet to the center. Press lightly to stick.

Turn the pie upside down, with the solders on the table and your palms greased with a little oil, pressing lightly to reach 22-24 cm in diameter again. Bake the pies in a very hot pan (24-25 cm diagonal) (do not grease).
Reduce heat after placing the pie in the pan. Gently press the edges of the pie with your fingers directly into the pan.

Bake the pies for 4-5 minutes on each side.

Serve hot or cold according to preference. Consume in moderation!

For cabbage soup you need the following ingredients:

  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 6 large onions
  • 1 or 2 boxes of peeled tomatoes
  • A big cabbage
  • 3 liters of water
  • 6 carrots

Chop the vegetables, put them in the pot and cover them with water. Add salt, pepper, curry and parsley to the pot. The more soup you eat, the more you will lose weight. However, do not consume it as a single food as it risks severe nutritional deficiencies.
