La ricetta originale dell’insalata greca, preparata direttamente nel barattolo. Perfetta come lunch box, ideale per un picnic, si conserva bene ed è pratica da trasportare. Basta aggiungere il condimento all’ultimo momento, richiudere bene il barattolo, agitare energicamente, ed è pronta!
– Se hai del pane nero raffermo, tostalo in forno per pochi minuti. In alternativa puoi utilizzare delle freselle, in questo caso bagnale velocemente sotto l’acqua fredda corrente.
– Con lo spiralizer (in internet o nei negozi di casalinghi ne trovi di tutti i tipi e di tutti i prezzi), spaghetta i cetrioli e disponili su un canovaccio pulito o su della carta da cucina per eliminare il liquido in eccesso. Se non hai lo spiralizer taglia il cetriolo prima a fette per il lungo e poi ogni fetta a striscioline, sempre per il lungo.
– Prepara tutti gli altri ingredienti: taglia a metà i pomodorini, affetta la cipolla molto sottile, taglia a cubetti la feta, elimina l’estremità superiore dei peperoncini verdi, tagliali a metà per il lungo, elimina i semi e tagliali a striscioline sottili.
– Disponi sul fondo del barattolo il pane o le freselle. Aggiungi uno strato di cetrioli spaghettati, poi i pomodorini, la feta insieme a delle foglie di menta e all’origano, le olive (se preferisci puoi denolocciolarle), la cipolla e i peperoncini verdi. Completa con una spolverata di origano e versa l’olio evo. Conserva in freddo il barattolo.
– Prima di consumare, aggiungi il sale, il limone, richiudi bene il barattolo e agita energicamente. Ora è perfetta per essere gustata, enjoy!
