Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt. The cheese mixes well with the sugar, vanilla sugar, yolks and melted butter. Add flour, baking powder and salt, then semolina and raisins. The egg whites are incorporated into the cheese mixture, mixing gently in two tranches.

Pour the composition into a tray with a diameter of 26 cm and lined with baking paper and a little semolina. Bake on medium heat for about 70 minutes. After baking (toothpick test) remove and leave to cool in the form. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sugar. It is delicious, it was very successful!

My simple Easter without sugar and without dough

Because I make Easter on Saturday, I said to write this recipe earlier, maybe you can take it into account. For about 2 years I have been making this recipe in different variants and I don't just make it for Easter, being a very good snack for children. I give you the recipe for adults and at the end the maintenance for children

  • 3 eggs
  • 500 gr. cow cheese
  • 250 gr. Mascarpone
  • 2 tablespoons fat cream
  • 3.4 tablespoons flour
  • Half an envelope baking powder
  • 50 gr. cognac (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 vanilla bean
  • Raw almonds and cranberries (optional)

Separate the egg white from the yolk. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Mix the yolks with the sugar, cottage cheese, can of mascarpone, sour cream and vanilla bean.

Add sifted flour and baking powder, then put with a spatula and beaten egg whites. At the end, put the almonds and cranberries to taste, together with the brandy. Put it in the oven heated to 180 degrees for an hour on a tray on which to put a baking sheet.

For children: do not put sugar and brandy at all! I put raw almonds or nuts, cranberries or raisins. We like cranberries more.

Low-carb Easter

Mix the dough components in a bowl until it becomes a homogeneous mixture. In a tray with removable walls (diameter 24-25 cm), on baking paper greased with butter, spread the dough, forming a base and some edges of 2.5 cm.

Bake for a few minutes in the oven at 180 degrees C.

Meanwhile, prepare the filling.

Beat the eggs, add the crushed cottage cheese, cream, sweetener and vanilla, mix well. For a more homogeneous composition, the vertical mixer can be used. I like the coarse composition to remain.

Pour over the dough, bake at 170 degrees C until it catches the surface. Coconut flour tends to burn easily, especially on the edges of the tart. I noticed that a tray of water placed on the lowest shelf of the oven during baking helps. Also, it is good to cover the tart with aluminum foil for a while.

Easter is cut after complete cooling. Keep cool.

Teo Trandafir's doughless Easter recipe

For Easter without dough you need raisins, 4 ampoules of vanilla or rum essence, about 400 grams of sugar, 10 chicken eggs or 30 quail eggs (they have no cholesterol), 200 milliliters of liquid cream and a kilogram of cottage cheese, according to huff.ro.

Gradually add the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well with a mixer on medium speed. The composition must be homogeneous before putting the Easter cake in the oven.
