I really like it when it snows outside, in the house it smells of something baked ... bread, cake ... something ...
So, as I was free on Monday and it was snowing so nicely outside, I started to make some fluffy buns.

  • 1 kg of flour
  • 2 sachets of dry yeast
  • 100 gr butter
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt
  • 1.5 teaspoons sugar
  • 700 ml of sweet milk
  • milk for greasing
  • Sesame seeds

Servings: 20

Preparation time: less than 120 minutes

I put the flour in a bowl, sprinkled salt, sugar and dry yeast and mixed for homogenization. I included the milk and started kneading until I got a soft and elastic dough. At the end I added the butter a little at a time, continuing to knead. I left the dough to rise for about 1 hour, then I divided it into 2 pieces.

I formed a roll that I cut into 10 pieces. I shaped each piece into a round shape. I did the same with the second piece.

I put the formed buns in the tray on baking paper and left them to ferment for about half an hour, then I greased them with milk and sprinkled sesame seeds; I put the tray in the oven for about 30-40 minutes , until they are nicely browned.

As soon as I took out the tray I served a steaming bun greased with butter ... hmmmm ... a delight.
