..... I decided to call it that because out of impatience to eat I did not wait for it to cool completely and I could not cut it very well but I managed to put it in cups even if it does not look aesthetic but the taste exceeds appearance.....
- 8 eggs,
- 1 liter of milk,
- a glass of sugar (150 g) for caramelization + 3 tablespoons of sugar.
Preparation time: less than 60 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Cupped sugar cream:
take a bowl with high walls and add 150 sugar which is caramelized and then spread all over the inside of the bowl.
beat the eggs with the sugar, then add the milk and add the caramelized sugar and bake for about 30 minutes.
I put it roughly because honestly the power went out and I made the cream by candlelight and left it in the oven until I felt it smelled super nice.
