The chicken legs are washed and scalded, so that the blood drains well.
I chopped the onion, the carrot and the parsnip well at the robot (if the vegetables are chopped bigger, Costel leaves them on the edge of the plate, like small children =)))).
Heat everything in a little oil, then add the chicken legs, salt / delicacy and enough water to cover the meat. Let everything boil until the meat can be easily penetrated with a fork. Add the broth / tomato paste, then the sliced garlic and let it boil for another 5 minutes.
We turn off the heat and sprinkle chopped green parsley.
Serve with hot polenta.
