Ingredients for chicken stuffing:

- 1 sauerkraut,
- a few sprigs of thyme,
- chicken fat or chicken soup,
- 1 red pepper,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 cup of broth

For composition: 1 chicken (1 chicken or turkey breast),
- 1 cup of rice,
- 1 large onion,
- 1/2 cup of broth,
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt,
- 1 pinch of pepper,

Sweet chicken soup


Ingredients: Sweet chicken soup

1 piece yellower and more muscular chicken,
7 pcs. carrot,
4 pcs. parsley root,
1 medium-sized celery,
1 onion,
1/4 of cabbage created,
1 medium-sized ball,
2 & # 8211 3 cloves garlic,
1 tablespoon peppercorns,
3 pcs. ienibahar,
salt to taste,

Preparation:
Put the chicken (cleaned and sliced) in about 8 l of cold water with 1 tablespoon of salt to boil. After it starts to boil, froth and let it boil over low heat. Add the vegetables, carrots, parsley, celery (cut into four or strips), onion (the whole from which we take off the first layer of peel, cut the mustache), garlic (and from it we take down the first layer of peel), then the pepper and allspice. Let it boil over low heat (and add more salt if necessary), until the meat on the breast is cooked. Remove the meat and vegetables from the soup then strain it. Serve in the soup of the square noodles (see preparation of the quarter noodles & # 8211 Zab Szem). Always boil the noodles separately in salted water, then strain them and wash them well with a jet of water. After I washed them under running water, I add them to the hot soup.
Serve hot sprinkled with freshly chopped green parsley (it is optional to use parsley, but I personally really like it) or freshly ground pepper.
