Wash the strawberries and plums well and cut them into slices. Keep in a bowl with sugar. Peel an orange and cut it into slices.

Prepare the pandispan: after separating the eggs, beat the egg whites with 40 ml of warm water, add the sugar gradually and beat well so that if we turn the bowl, the egg white does not fall.

Mix the yolks with 10 ml of warm water, add over the egg whites.

The flour is mixed with baking powder and salt, mixed with egg whites and yolks. Mix lightly, bake the obtained composition in a tray lined with baking paper. Put slices of strawberries, oranges and plums on top.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees and leave for 20-30 minutes. We do the toothpick test.
