Magic on a plate
The work surface is given with flour and then we spread the dough with the rolling pin. I cut a large circle that I put on the bottom of the tray and then smaller circles for the edges, but you can also take the whole sheet, place it in the tray and cut the excess.
Now begins the "blind baking" part. Place baking paper over the dough, and then beans, rice, baking weights, or other tray. I put beans, but I saw that the base of a cake shape fits, so I put it on too.
I put it in the preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes,
then take the paper and leave it for another 10-15 minutes until it browns.
After it has cooled, fill it with vanilla cream and garnish with fruit. I used kiwi and bananas, but I will definitely try other combinations.
Tart with strawberry jam and yogurt soufflé!
We baked the tart in a round tray with a diameter of 18 cm.
1. Prepare the dough: mix the sifted flour, powdered sugar and baking powder in a deep bowl.
2.Performing it periodically in the dry ingredients, pass the cold butter through the large grater. Then knead everything with your hands to get a damp, sandy dough.
3.Add the egg. Initially mix with the spoon, and then gather the dough with your hands. It must be smooth, homogeneous, soft and non-sticky.
4. Divide the dough into 2 unequal parts: 1/3 and 2/3. Cover the smaller piece of dough with cling film and place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
5. Line the bottom of the tray with baking paper. Spread the larger piece of dough evenly on its bottom, partially covering its walls.
6. Put the obtained top in the fridge for 30 minutes.
7. Prepare the yogurt soufflé: mix Greek yogurt with 30 g of sugar and cornstarch.
8. Beat the egg white with the mixer until it becomes frothy. Then gradually add 30 g of sugar in it and continue to mix it until persistent peaks appear.
9. Gradually incorporate (in 2 steps) the egg white foam into the yoghurt composition, stirring with a whisk, in circular movements, oriented from the bottom up.
10. Spread the strawberry jam on the counter.
11. Then spread the yogurt soufflé in it.
12.Put the smaller piece of dough through the large grater, spreading it on the surface of the soufflé.
13. Bake the tart for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven to 180 ° C.
14. Allow it to cool almost completely, then remove it from the pan, place it on a plate and wait until it cools completely.
Breakfast with fruits and seeds
I want to start by posting a favorite breakfast that contains fruits and seeds and can be served with a coffee (I couldn't give it up) or a favorite tea.
This is a simple and very easy to prepare breakfast.
You need to know that breakfast is one of the most important meals of a day. I don't know if it's correct in terms of calories, but I enjoy it.
I will propose something different from time to time.
- 1 banana
- 1 kiwi
- 6 almond kernels
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds
- a handful of sunflower seeds
Method of preparation
Step 1. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it.
Step 2. Add the almond kernels and sunflower seeds next to the fruit and sprinkle the chia seeds on top.
Chia pudding with vegan yogurt and jam
Chia pudding is so easy to prepare that it will be a recipe that you will return to again and again. It is nutritious, filling and very versatile so you can give it whatever taste you want!
After you make the basic recipe for a chia pudding once or twice, I am convinced that you will start to improvise and adapt it according to your appetite and preferences. This time, I added the sour cherry jam which is slightly sour and sweet coconut yogurt. They went great with a few pomegranate seeds.
And something else! Chia pudding is a super easy breakfast idea to implement when you are away from home because you can assemble it on the go. I leave you with another recipe that I prepared in the mountains before going on the route: Chia pudding with vanilla and banana.

Dessert with benefits & # 8211 pear tart and yogurt cream
This is a dessert with health benefits. Pears are a valuable source of fiber, Vitamins A, B 2, C and E, potassium, iron, calcium, phosphorus and pectin.
Even diabetics can consume this dessert, because pears have a low glycemic index.
Pear tart: recipe
This recipe is very easy to make, and is extremely tasty, due to the unique aroma of pears. The ingredients are unpretentious and not expensive at all. You can add your favorite flavors to this tart.
• 250 g of flour
• 1 egg yolk
• 125 g of butter
• 50 ml of water
• 400 g of yogurt
• 5 eggs
• 4 pears
• 5 tablespoons sugar
First prepare the countertop composition. Rub the butter and flour in a bowl, add the egg yolk and finally the salt. The mixture begins to knead by hand, gradually adding water. The final dough should not be sticky. When it's ready, put it in the fridge for an hour.
Meanwhile, we prepare the cream. Mix the yogurt with the eggs and sugar in a bowl, using the mixer.
Remove the countertop composition from the refrigerator and spread in a pan greased with oil. To avoid swelling the surface unevenly, prick it in places with a fork. Place the tray in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes.
After this interval, remove and pour the yoghurt cream and eggs, then garnish on top with pears previously peeled and cut into slices. They can be placed in a circle (like a flower) if the tray is round, or in the desired pattern.
Put the tray back in the oven, and leave it until it browns. Pear tart can be served both hot and cold.
Pears are very beneficial to health, especially the immune system, due to their rich nutritional content. These fruits are much richer in pectin than apples, which makes them useful in lowering cholesterol and strengthening the intestine. Pears are hypoallergenic, meaning they cause fewer allergic reactions than other fruits. They are also considered safe for feeding babies and pregnant women.
Pears have antioxidant and anti-carcinogenic properties. Prevent high blood pressure and cholesterol, reduce the risk of heart attack and cancer. Pears regulate digestion, and have a mild laxative effect.
They are a natural source of energy, due to the large amount of fructose and glucose.
The cooling effect of pears is excellent for relieving fever. Pear juice is recommended in this case, as well as in case of inflammation and pain associated with it.
Due to its high boron content - which helps the body retain calcium, pears help prevent osteoporosis.

Want to know more about yogurt, kiwi and mango cups?
If the puree remains during the process glued to the glass, it is best to stop the machine, lower it to the blades and continue grinding.
Not all kiwis are the same, some are green and others have yellow flesh and they are named gold. You can use the ones you like the most, in my case, I used the green ones to give more contrast.
Not all brands are the same, so make sure kiwis are sweet. I recommend trying the puree before assembling and if it is very acidic you can add a little syrup to sweeten it.
If it is more comfortable for you, you can put yogurt cream in one pastry bag. This way you will not stain the rims of the cups.
If you don't get it perfect layers do not be overwhelmed, and the imperfection is beautiful. And if they came out, show it! ?
These cups can be made with juicy fruits such as strawberries and peaches.
To decorate you can use pieces of fruit, mint leaves. And if you want to give him a little cane, you can use Passion fruit pulp.
