A quick dessert, with very few ingredients, but very tasty.

  • 280 gr. puff pastry dough from the trade
  • 2 chocolate bars (2x 100gr.)
  • 1 yolk
  • 50 gr. coarsely chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons caster sugar

Servings: 2

Preparation time: less than 30 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Chocolate puff pastry:

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. The thawed puff pastry dough is spread on the work table and divided into 2 equal parts.

In the middle of each piece of dough, place a tablet of whole chocolate.

We cut the edges of the dough into strips, then we spend them over the chocolate, covering the chocolate practically in the dough.

Grease with egg yolk, sprinkle with caster sugar and coarsely chopped walnuts.

Put the dessert in the oven until it becomes a golden dough (20 min.)

Remove from the oven, serve hot or leave to cool, depending on the patience of those around;)
