  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 500 g of flour

  • 1.5 kg mere
  • 4-5 tablespoons of sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon

Apple pie

Method of preparation:

Wash and clean the apples, then grate them. The composition of the apples together with the 4 tablespoons of sugar is put in a bowl and everything is hardened until the juice that the apples leave evaporates. Place the cinnamon over the hardened apples and leave to cool.

Meanwhile, mix the water, oil and sugar in a bowl until the sugar is completely melted. Separately, in another bowl, dissolve the baking soda with vinegar, then add over the mixture of water, oil and sugar. Add a little flour, until you get a non-sticky and elastic dough. When the dough has gained volume, place it on the kitchen worktop and knead it until it reaches the desired consistency.

The fasting pie dough is divided into two halves and spread in a thin layer with the help of a blender. Place the first sheet of pie in a tray lined with baking paper and sprinkle a little flour. Add the hardened apples and place the second sheet of pie on top of them. The pie dough is pricked with the tip of a fork, and the pie is placed in the oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes, until the dough is browned.

You can sprinkle powdered sugar on top and the fasting pie is ready!

Spinach pie


  • 2 cups frozen spinach, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cups smoked tofu, chopped
  • ½ raw cashew cup, finely chopped
  • 15 pie sheets
  • ½ field of vegan butter, melted
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 tablespoons chopped green onions

Spinach pie

Method of preparation

Put the finely chopped onion and garlic in the hot oil. Leave to harden for 2 minutes, then add the spinach and cook for about 7 minutes, until tender. Add the chopped tofu, finely chopped walnuts, salt and pepper and leave on the fire for another 2 minutes. The spinach composition is left to cool.

Now, put a sheet or two sheets of pie on a clean surface, grease each sheet with melted butter and cover with three more sheets of pie, then grease with more butter. Place the spinach mixture along the edge, about 2 cm wide. The pie sheets are rolled with the mixture inside and long rolls are formed. Twist the rollers so that we get a spiral shape. Plăcinta se așează pe mijlocul unei forme de copt, unsă în prealabil cu unt. Se pregătește următorul rulou de plăcintă și se lipește de primul.

Plăcinta cu spanac de post se pune la cuptor pentru 40 de minute, până se rumenește. Pentru servire, deasupra se presară ceapă verde.

  • 600 g flour
  • 25 g fresh yeast
  • 270 ml apă
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 250 ml ulei
  • 1 si 1/2 lingura zahăr tos
  • vanilla essence
  • zahăr pudră.

Method of preparation

Încălziți apa și dizolvați în ea cubulețul de drojdie cu sarea, zahărul tos și esența de vanilie. Cerneți făina treptat într-un castron mediu spre mare. În mijlocul stratului de făină faceți un gol, o adâncitură în care turnați apa de mai sus. Încet, la început cu o lingură de lemn și apoi cu mâna, omogenizați compoziția până obțineți un aluat elastic pe care îl puteți desprinde ușor de pe mână.

Scoverci de post

Acoperiți cu un prosop curat vasul și puneți-l undeva la cald pentru aproximativ 30 de minute, să crească aluatul. Împărțiți aluatul crescut în grămăjoare de dimensiuni egale pe care le întindeți apoi pe un fund de lemn ori cu mâna, ori cu sucitorul. Mărimea lor să nu depășească suprafața tigăii în care urmează să le prăjiți. Puneți uleiul în tigaie la încins. Prăjiți, rând pe rând, pe ambele părți, fiecare scovercă în parte. Scurse de ulei, le puneți pe o farfurie, una peste alta, presărând pe fiecare în parte zahăr pudră.

Plăcintă de post cu ciuperci


  • Dough ingredients:
  • 350 g făină
  • 150 ml of water
  • 80 ml oil
  • 25 gr drojdie proaspătă
  • O linguriță oțet de mere sau de vin alb
  • O linguriță de sare
  • Ingrediente pentru umplutura de ciuperci:
  • 500 gr mushrooms
  • ½ bucată praz
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • ½ ardei roșu
  • 200 gr roșii decojite la conservă
  • ½ linguriță de cimbru
  • 50 ml of olive oil
  • Sare și piper.

Method of preparation

Plăcintă cu ciuperci

Pentru aluat se pun 2 linguri de făină în apa caldă și drojdia sfărâmată. Se lasă deoparte câteva minute. Toate ingredientele se pun într-un bol și se amestecă până când aluatul începe să se lege, apoi se mută pe o suprafață pudrată cu făină și se frământă bine până când se omogenizează. Aluatul se împarte în două. Jumătate din aluat se pune în tavă, peste hârtia de copt.

Pentru compoziția plăcintei se taie prazul mărunt și se pune la călit până se înmoaie. Se mărunțesc ciupercile, ardeiul roșu și se adaugă sare și piper. Se mărunțește și usturoiul, după care se pune peste praz și se adaugă imediat și ciupercile. Se pune și cimbru și se lasă la călit pentru 5 minute. După asta se adaugă și roșiile pasate/tocate mărunt. Totul se lasă la foc mediu până când scade sosul mai mult de jumătate, dar se amestecă regulat. Când umplutura nu mai este apoasă, se toarnă peste aluatul din tavă și peste umplutură se pune cealaltă jumătate de aluat. Deasupra se presară semințe de mac sau susan și totul se pune la cuptor până când plăcinta de post se rumenește.

Plăcintă cu vinete – plăcinte de post

Vinetele se ung cu puțin ulei de măsline, se pun într-o tavă, pe foaie de copt, și se coc în cuptor pentru aproximativ 25 de minute, până devin moi și ușor de curățat. După ce s-au răcit, le poți decoji și le poți toca mărunt.
Într-un bol mediu, acoperă granulele de soia cu apa clocotită și lasă-le la înmuiat pentru aproximativ 10 minute. Ulterior, mută-le într-o sită și scurge-le bine de apă.Pune puțin ulei de măsline într-o tigaie mică și adaugă ceapa să se călească pentru câteva minute, până devine translucidă.

Într-un bol mare se amestecă vinetele coapte, ardeiul, ceapa, toful, măslinele feliate, texturatul de soia, fulgii de ardei iute, pătrunjelul tocat, sare, piper, oregano, mentă și se amestecă bine până când sunt bine încorporate toate ingredientele.

Acum, se așează o foaie filo într-un vas de copt și se unge cu ulei de măsline. Același procedeu se face și pentru încă 5 foi filo, pe care le așezi una peste cealaltă. Peste primul strat de foi de plăcintă se pune uniform amestecul din vinete și totul se acoperă cu încă 6 foi, unse și ele individual cu ulei de măsline. Totul se stropește cu aproximativ ¼ din cana de apă și se presară semințe de susan. Plăcinta de vinete trebuie coaptă pentru aproximativ 60 de minute, până când s-a rumenit.

Șase dintre cele mai gustoase plăcinte de post. Îți recomandăm să le încerci pe toată durata postului pentru a avea un meniu variat.

Așa cum te-am obișnuit, îmi place ca pentru fiecare rețetă pe care o postez aici, să spun povestea din spatele ei. Fiecare rețetă are o poveste aparte și fiecare rețetă pe care o vei găsi aici este unică în felul ei.

Îmi place să mă las inspirată de alte rețete pe care le văd și le descopăr online sau în cărțile de bucate pe care le răsfoiesc, dar sunt inspirată deseori și de culori, gusturi, arome sau stări de moment. Recunosc că în ultima perioadă am început să fiu destul de pretențioasă cu cărțile pe care aleg să le răsfoiesc și rareori mă opresc fascinată de idei nemaiîntâlnite.

Așa am ajuns să petrec 2 ore într-o librărie, cu un teanc de carți selectate la prima vedere și răsfoind pagină după pagină și rețetă după rețetă căutând inspirație și gust bun de pe la alți Chefi inscusiți de prin toată lumea.

Privirea mi s-a oprit oprit brusc la o pagină dintr-o carte inspirată de „Studiul China”, pe o rețetă de paste cu ciuperci care aveau un sos minunat. Nu am stat foarte mult pe gânduri și am reținut imediat ideea rețetei.

Am profitat de prima ocazie ca să o pun în practică, am adaptat-o după propriul gust și uite ce a ieșit.

Reteta zilei: Fundite cu fasole si mazare

O reteta simpla si delicioasa de fundite cu fasole si mazare din: paste fundite, fasole, mazare, ceapa, o conserva de sardele, salvie, sare si piper.


  • 400 gr paste fundite
  • 100 gr fasole
  • 100 gr mazăre
  • 100 gr ceapă
  • 1 conservă de sardele
  • 50 gr butter
  • 2 crenguţe de salvie
  • 20 gr sare
  • 2 gr piper

Method of preparation:

Pastele se pun la fiert în apă clocotită cu sare, iar fasolea se alege de impu­rităţi, se spală în mai mul­te ape şi se fierbe separat.

Ceapa se curăţă, se spa­lă şi se taie cubuleţe, după care se pune la călit într-un vas cu untul topit şi fasolea fiartă şi se căleşte până de­vine sticloasă.

Peste ceapa călită se adaugă sardelele şi mazărea, se condimentează totul du­pă gust şi se mai călesc îm­preună câteva minute.

Pastele fierte se scurg bine de apă şi se pun peste compoziţia din vas, ames­tecând bine, iar înainte de servire se ornează cu salvie.

Intai cerneti faina intr-un vas.

Intr-un bol mic amestecati drojdia cu o lingura de zahar si 50 de ml de apa calda (din cantitatile date) si lasati-o sa creasca.

Intre timp,in apa calda ramasa, topiti zaharul, sarea, adaugati uleiul si aromele.

Turnati aceasta compozitie peste faina, adaugati si drojdia.

Framantati timp de 10 minute pana cand obtineti un aluat potrivit,nu prea moale.Desi, la inceput, se lipeste usor de mana, dupa cateva minute de framantat, va deveni elastic si nu se va mai lipi.

Nu mai adaugati deloc faina, numai in cazul in care aluatul este foarte moale.

Ungeti aluatul cu o pelicula fina de ulei, acoperiti bolul cu o folie alimentara si lasati-l sa creasca in loc caldut,ferit de curenti de aer.

Cand aluatul a crescut suficient, transferati-l pe masa de lucru si intindeti o foaie groasa de 1-1,5 cm.Decupati gogosile cu o forma rotunda (de 5 cm am folosit eu).

Restul aluatului,intindeti-l din nou si procedati la fel.

Eu am obtinut 25 de gogosi.

Dupa ce ati decupat toate gogosile, acoperiti-le cu un prosop de bucatarie si mai lasati-le la crescut 30 de minute.

Prajiti-le apoi in baie de ulei,la foc mic-mediu.Nu dati focul mare pentru ca se vor rumeni deasupra si intteriorul va ramane crud.

Scoateti-le apoi pe un platou acoperit cu hartie absobanta si apoi purati-le cu zahar praf din belsug.Pofta buna !

Salata de fructe de mare si paste

O salata rece cu gust de mare este un foarte bun aperitiv sau un fel de mancare potrivit pentru un picnic.


    500 g midii proaspete 75 ml vin alb 2 lamai, sucul sare si piper negru 250 g paste, cum ar fi fusilli (spirale) sau farfalle (fundite) 50 g creveti, decongelati daca au fost congelati 2 catei de usturoi, tocati marunt 50 g patrunjel proaspat, tocat 4 cepe verzi, tocate

Se curata midiile sub jet de apa, indepartand suvitele. Se arunca midiile care au carapacea distrusa sau cele deschise, precum si cele care nu se inchid atunci cand sunt apasate. Se pun apoi intr-o cratita impreuna cu vinul, se acopera si se dau intr-un clocot. Se lasa sa fiarba 2-3 minute pana cand se deschid. Apoi se indeparteaza de pe foc cratita si se lasa sa se raceasca.

Se strecoara lichidul in care au fiert midiile si se pune intr-un castron mic. Se arunca midiile care nu s-a deschis dupa fierbere. Se adauga sucul de lamaie in lichidul de la midii pentru a se face sosul. Se adauga sare si piper dupa gust si se lasa deoparte.

Se pune la fiert o cratita cu apa, se adauga in ea pastele si un praf de sare. Se lasa pastele sa fiarba conform indicatiilor de pe pachet. Dupa fierbere, se strecoara si se pun intr-un castron mare cu putin sos de midii pentru a nu se usca.

Daca crevetii sunt mari, se taie in jumatati. Se adauga in castronul cu paste urmatoarele: midiile, crevetii, usturoiul, patrunjelul si ceapa verde. Se amesteca.

Se toarna restul de sos peste salata si se amesteca bine. Se acopera si se lasa la rece cateva ore inainte de a se servi astfel incat aromele sa se poata dezvolta. Se mai potriveste gustul. Salata se aduce la temperatura camerei inainte de a se servi.
