RECIPE PREPARATION Pudding with telemea cheese corn flakes and cheese:

Boil the milk together with 80 g of sugar in a larger bowl, and when it has started to boil, remove from the heat and add the corn flakes, vanilla essence and well-crushed telemeau.

Mix well and place the composition thus obtained in a tray greased with butter and then put in the oven at a higher temperature and leave for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar as for the omelet. After removing the tray from the oven, pour the eggs over the composition and sprinkle with the grated cheese, then leave it in the oven until it browns.
