Baked pleurotus mushrooms are a very simple side dish to make, but very tasty. Together with porcini they are my favorite variety of mushrooms and in my opinion they make the best fried cutlets and baked au gratin preparations with parsley, oil, chilli and a sprinkling of parmesan (if you want an even lighter recipe, you can also omit it and adjust with oil). How to make baked pleurotus mushrooms
Clean the mushrooms well by removing all soil residues.
Chop them coarsely, arrange them in a baking dish and season with chilli, parsley, salt and Parmesan, then sprinkle with a drizzle of oil.
Bake them in a preheated convection oven at 180 ° C and cook for about 15 minutes.
You can serve baked pleurotus mushrooms hot, lukewarm or even cold.
