Sautéed courgettes are an easy, quick and tasty side dish. With just a few ingredients you will bring to the table a tasty and versatile dish, which is appreciated at my house, especially to accompany fish dishes. The only trick you need to have to prepare the sautéed courgettes is to salt the vegetables only at the last so as not to lose the vegetation water during cooking, thus risking that the courgettes fall apart;) I leave you to the recipe and I'm going to do some change of season, it touches me;) kisses!
How to make sautéed zucchini
Wash and peel the courgettes, then cut them into slices about 2 mm thick.
Sauté garlic and oil in a non-stick pan.
Add the courgettes and start cooking over high heat for a few minutes.
Then lower the heat, cover with a lid and cook for about 15 minutes, turning the courgettes from time to time with a spatula to avoid undoing them.
When cooked, add salt, pepper and chopped parsley.
Serve the sautéed zucchini as a side dish or use them to prepare other dishes, such as risotto and meatballs.
