Risotto with sausage and mushrooms is a dish that I love, a simple and rich recipe that warms the table during the winter months. Method
How to make sausage and pioppini risotto
Clean the mushrooms and blanch them for 5 minutes, peel the sausages and chop themSlice the onion into a veil, then sauté it in a large pan with the oil, add the sausage and brown.
Deglaze with the white wine then add the rice and mushrooms
Stir then add the hot broth to cover everything and cook the risotto, gradually adding more hot broth until the rice is cooked.
When cooked, add a knob of butter and Parmesan cheese and mix everything
Let the risotto with sausage and nails rest for a couple of minutes
Then serve garnishing the plates with chopped walnuts.
