The coffee liqueur is one of the easiest liqueurs to prepare at home, the one I propose is the recipe of my mother-in-law who prepares a coffee liqueur similar to borghetti that is a bomb, dense and alcoholic at the right point. Since I hadn't been drinking it for some time and I had a bottle of alcohol in the pantry, I decided to prepare it myself following his recipe and the result was excellent, so here I am to tell you how to do it. Method
How to make coffee liqueur
Prepare the coffee machines using 500 ml of water and 50 g of coffee.
Then gradually put the coffee in a bowl with sugar
Put the mixture on the stove, add a vanilla pod and heat until the sugar has dissolved completely.
Let it cool, then, lift the vanilla pod, add the alcohol and mix
Filter the coffee liqueur through a colander then bottle
Put the liqueur in the pantry for at least a week before serving.
