Naan bread is a typical Indian dish, it is a delicious leavened bread to accompany stews, grilled meat that is cooked on the plate, in this case the bread is called cheese naan because it is filled with soft cheese. This bread is widespread throughout the Middle East, the recipe is very easy to make and, most importantly, it is really delicious, if you consider that the leavening times are reduced and that the bread is cooked in a pan instead of in the oven, you cannot don't try it.

How to make cheese naan bread
Put the flour in a bowl, make a hole in the center and add a pinch of salt, the yogurt and the oilGradually add the water with the dissolved yeast inside
Knead until you have obtained a soft and homogeneous dough
let the dough rise for 2 hours, then take it back and divide it into 4 equal parts
With the help of a rolling pin, roll out the balls
Place a generous spoonful of spreadable cheese in the center
Close the flaps and seal well with your fingertips
roll out the bread again with a rolling pin very gently
Heat a drizzle of oil in a pan and when it is hot, cook the bread for 2 minutes per side with a lid
The naan bread will be puffy and golden.
Proceed in the same way for all the other loaves and then serve
