The procedure is very simple and fast enough: in less than 1 hour you will find a delicious cake ready on the table, cheering you up with its scent and above all with its flavor, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea, but also as a base to be stuffed !
Elisa loved it and, in this period of quarantine she has already made me do it again a couple of times, even in a version with milk chocolate, thus recycling the Easter eggs :)
How to make Philadelphia and chocolate cake
First of all, melt the butter and chocolate together, in a double boiler or in the microwave, and let them cool.
In the meantime, whip the eggs and sugar well, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
