To balance the calories of yesterday's recipe, this morning I give you the recipe to prepare the pear, walnut and gorgonzola salad.The salad is really very tasty and refined and that touch of balsamic vinegar goes perfectly with all the ingredients , then served in baskets of bread is really a treat. How to make pear, walnut and gorgonzola salad
Put the vinegar and honey in a saucepan and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes or until the vinegar has thickened
Thin the slices of bread with a rolling pin, then place them in the aluminum muffin molds to make baskets. Bake at 180 degrees and cook for about 10 minutes.
Clean the rocket, wash and dry it, then season with salt and extra virgin olive oil.
Wash the pears and cut them into cubes without peeling them.
Also cut the gorgonzola into cubes and chop the walnut kernels and add everything to the rocket
Now add the balsamic and honey glaze to the salad and mix gently.
Arrange the pear and gorgonzola salad in the bread baskets and serve.
