It is one of the most classic desserts of Italian cuisine, one of those known and appreciated all over the world, is tiramisu. Many, despite its calories, love to prepare it very often to always have a slice ready in the fridge. Having the Thermomix, the preparation of tiramisu will be even faster, here's how to do it.
How to make tiramisu with the thermomix
First, prepare the coffee and let it cool.
Put the cold cream from the fridge in the jug and whip for 1-2 min. at vel. 2, then set it aside.
Put the egg yolks, sugar and mascarpone in the jug and whisk for 3 min. 2-3. The mixture must be clear and fluffy.
Gently add the cream to the egg custard, stirring gently from bottom to top, then refrigerate.
Pour the coffee into a deep plate and add the milk.
Briefly dip the ladyfingers in it, one or two at a time, so as not to soak them too much.
Create a first layer of cookies on the bottom of the pan. Spread a layer of mascarpone cream over it (use about half of it) and level it with a spatula.
Sprinkle the surface with a little bit of unsweetened cocoa and add a few flakes of chocolate.
Create a second layer of biscuits and then another of cream.
Sprinkle again with bitter cocoa, I understand the whole surface well, and then add a few more flakes of chocolate.
Let it rest in the fridge for at least 3 hours before serving.
