Before starting my day in full swing, I will give you the recipe to prepare salty muffins with salmon otherwise I do like yesterday that I could not find a second to take a coffee break and blog break :) I prepared these savory muffins to serve them on New Year's Eve accompanying the classic salmon canapes and I enriched them with what I had in the fridge, rocket, and robiola cheese (you can also put feta, or goat cheese or philadelphia if you prefer) and I got a delicious appetizer to bring to the table . How to make salty salmon muffins
Mix the flour, Parmesan, baking powder, salt and pepper
Add the smoked salmon cut into strips, the chopped rocket and the braised robiola into pieces to the flour mixture.
Mix everything well so that the ingredients do not fall to the bottom during cooking
Now add a mixture made with oil, yogurt, milk and eggs
Mix the dough with a wooden spoon so as to mix all the ingredients well
Pour the mixture of the savory muffins into the buttered and floured cups, filling them 2/3 of their height and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees
Bake the salted salmon muffins for about 20 minutes
Allow to cool and serve
