And here is this morning's Halloween recipe, the brain made with panna cotta and sour cherry juice, a work of my sister. I know that there are two sides on the Halloween brain issue, those who preferred it not to be posted and those who instead claimed the recipe, well clearly being a dessert, albeit a bit disturbing, it should be posted, if only to give satisfaction to the my little sister who worked hard to make this cute idea for Halloween and in my opinion did a great job;) As I told you yesterday, if you are not picky and want to prepare a really spooky Halloween cake, do not miss this brain at the your party, you will leave everyone speechless and then I must say it is also very good. happy saturday to those who pass by here, I'll pass later to read your comments and make me laugh;) Here you can see all the other Halloween recipes
How to make halloween brain
Ingredients for 1 serving:
Prepare the panna cotta, In a saucepan pour the cream, sugar and vanilla and cook low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. After having softened it in cold water for 10 minutes and squeezed it, add the gelatine. Stir by melting the gelatin then pour the mixture into a mold and refrigerate to harden.
when the panna cotta is completely solid, turn it upside down on a plate and start preparing the brain
Model the panna cotta giving it a rather oval shapeMake a cut in the center of the panna cotta to form the 2 hemispheres
with a toothpick start making the typical grooves of the brain
When you are satisfied with the result, start pouring the black cherry syrup on the panna cotta
Store the halloween brain in the fridge until ready to serve
