How to make rustic baba
Put the yeast and milk in the jug and let go 20 sec. at vel 4.
Combine eggs and oil eggs and oil and let go another 20 sec. at vel. 5.
Add salt, pepper, grated Parmesan and flour 55 sec. vel 6.
Add the cold cuts and cheeses cut into cubes anticlockwise 15 sec. vel 5.
Pour the dough into a buttered and floured baba mold and let it rise for about 2 hours.
Cook the rustic baba at 180 for 40 minutes.
Let it cool before cutting into slices and serving
