The Rolls Of Mortadella they are an easy and quick second course but also very tasty! In practice it is stuffed mortadella rolls of ricotta, then cooked in a pan with garlic, oil, cherry tomatoes and parsley. These rolls with sauce they are more than tasty and, once brought to the table, it will be very difficult to make any more!
I found them really delicious, although I don't particularly love this sausage, I ate them with great taste: P

Method
How to make mortadella rolls
Put the ricotta, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Add the beaten egg and then the breadcrumbs.
Mix the ingredients until you get a smooth and homogeneous mixture.
Now stuff the slices of mortadella.
Put some of the mixture in the center and close the sides.
In a saucepan put a drizzle of oil, the garlic, the chopped tomatoes and the parsley.
