These stuffed lemons are a good, fresh and choreographic appetizer. They are also versatile, because you can fill them in several ways: I have chosen to fill them with a tuna cream. In short, if you want to bring a little color, flavor and novelty to the table, these stuffed lemons will be for you;) This morning I woke up full of good intentions and desire to do but in practice I am at my second coffee and I still haven't started producing nothing concrete, so I leave you to the recipe and go to start my day. How to make lemons stuffed with tuna
Wash the lemons, cut the caps and, with the help of a digger, empty them completely.
In a mixer, put the tuna well drained from its oil, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice, the desalted capers, the butter and the parsley.
Blend until you get a smooth cream, then add salt and mayonnaise.
Fill the lemons with the tuna cream.
Put the caps back on, cover with plastic wrap, and put in the freezer for a couple of hours.
Once hardened, cut them into slices.
Then serve the lemons stuffed with tuna.
