Fantastic, freshly baked and eaten. Crunchy, but not hard, some spiced with cumin, others with poppy seeds, others with chopped hazelnuts, pink salt in grains ... Not only that, I also prepared lemon butter, to better enjoy them ... Anyway I added to the recipe a few tablespoons of milk and a pinch of baking soda. Very good, the butter then, a real delight.
