Ice Cream Muffin Recipe of 06-08-2018 [Updated on 30-09-2018]
THE ice cream muffins are my latest candy experiment! Here the ice cream is used directly for the dough, and not as a filling, together with the flour, baking powder and icing sugar. I had already prepared a similar cake last year, the ice cream cake, but this year I recycled the ice cream to obtain soft and tasty muffins. Once ready you can eat them as they are or serve them with a little fruit (just like I did) or with a little ice cream.
How to make ice cream muffins
Take the ice cream out of the freezer a little before using it.
Put it in a bowl and add the flour and baking powder. Work with the whips until you get a soft and homogeneous cream.
Pour everything into greased and floured molds.
Bake in the oven at 175 ° C for 30 minutes. Once cooked, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
Sprinkle your ice cream muffins with powdered sugar and serve.
