I'm a caramel fan. Me and mine. I don't know why I haven't tried this pudding so far. Yesterday I came across the recipe in my notebook and I immediately got to work. Don't imagine that you have a lot of room in the kitchen. It is made immediately and where else do you say that you only need 3 ingredients for it. And the taste is… great!

  • 600 ml milk
  • 5-6 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 tablespoons starch
  • vanilla essence (optional)
  • For decoration Finetti sticks, chocolate topping, chocolate flakes

Servings: 4

Preparation time: less than 15 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Caramel pudding:

Put the sugar in a saucepan and caramelize it. When the color has turned golden, put the hot milk over the sugar and leave it on the fire until all the sugar melts. Put the starch in a bowl and "dissolve" it with a few tablespoons of cold milk. Add over the caramelized milk in a thin thread, stirring constantly. Leave until the composition becomes dense. Turn off the heat and add the vanilla essence (optional). Allow to cool by covering the pan with cling film to avoid the formation of pojghita on top.

After it has cooled, put it in cups, bowls and let it cool for at least 1 hour. I decorated with chocolate flakes, chocolate topping, finetti sticks.

You can decorate it with what you have or simply leave it as is. It's delicious!
