The onion is cleaned, finely chopped and hardened in a little oil and water, in a ceramic pan, in my case or in a non-stick pan.
Meanwhile, clean the mushrooms, cut the julienne and add it to the hardened onions, leaving it to harden further, together over low heat, approx. 5 minutes, then add the cleaned rice and let the tastes befriend for approx. 5 minutes. The mixture obtained is transferred to a large heat-resistant dish, add the frozen vegetables, fill the bacon with 3 measures of water (the same measure as the rice was measured;), season with salt and pepper, then cook in the preheated oven. over medium heat approx. 30 minutes.
Serve hot with seasonal salad;)
