Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes (1X1 cm).

Make the sauce by mixing the mustard, crushed garlic, oil, thyme, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and start mixing well, using freshly washed hands or ... if we are pretentious, we use a large spoon.

Put baking paper in the large oven tray, pour the potatoes soaked in the sauce and put everything in the oven at 210 degrees for 35 minutes, until golden.
