In a bowl beat 2 eggs, grate a little cheese, add sour cream and a pinch of salt and mix.

Cut a wand into 4, then cut each side in half. I prepared 8 bruschettas. Put the cheese mixture on each one, garnish with olives, a slice of tomato and a slice of cheese, slices of bell pepper and put it in the preheated oven, over medium heat, for about 20 minutes or until browned. They come out quite crispy, but they are delicious.
