I usually make this salad with grilled fish!
- 3-4 baked peppers
- 2 tomatoes
- salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, dried basil
Preparation time: less than 15 minutes
RECIPE PREPARATION Baked pepper salad:
Bake the peppers and then put them in a plastic bag that we close. After about 3-5 minutes, remove the peppers and peel them, then break them or cut not very small strips.
Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Wash the lettuce and cut it into juliennes. Mix the salad with the tomatoes, add salt, olive oil, balsamic vinegar and dried oregano. At the end, drain the leftover peppers well and add them to the salad, stirring lightly.
Serve next to grilled fish (ideally sardines or mackerel) and boiled potatoes.
