Mix all the ingredients with warm milk, obtaining a dough neither too hard nor too soft, which we leave to rise for 1 hour 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 5 equal parts, and from each piece spread a round sheet that you divide into 8 equal triangles. They can be filled with sweet cheese, fruit jam or spreadable chocolate cream. Roll the triangles in the shape of a horn, obtaining 40 horns that we put in the hot oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 1h 30 until they turn brown.
Prepare a sugar and water syrup, which you boil a little, then dip each horn in the hot syrup. Sprinkle the croissants with coconut if you prefer.
They are good both hot and cold, remaining soft and tender.
